7.3.2 Switching off the system
The DryExx
®
system waits for enable signals from various machines and
systems. If individual conveyor systems lubricated by the DryExx
®
system
remain inactive for an extended period of time, the separate booster function
can be used to configure a top-up of the lubricating film on the conveyor track.
Therefore, the DryExx
®
system should only be switched off during
maintenance and repair work.

system are de-energised.
7.3.3 Stopping in an emergency
1. In the event of an emergency or malfunction, switch of

control cabinet.

All components of the DryExx
®
system are de-energised.
ð
Any metering that has started will be stopped.
7.3.4 Switching on again after an emergency stop
1. Ensure that the emergency situation or fault no longer exists.

Switch on the main switch (

) on the control cabinet.

The LED

lights.

The system starts up, which takes approximately 1 min.
ð
After a successful system startup, the home screen appears on the control
cabinet display

3. Acknowledge the error message on the control unit display by pressing the
illuminated button

The error message on the display disappears.
ð
The DryExx
®
system is ready for operation.
ð
The DryExx
®
system will begin to operate as soon as an external enable is
present and a spraying phase is active.
