When filling the system with the dosing medium, it is essential to ensure that
no conveyor lubricant is allowed to drip onto the floor
.
1. Switch the control unit to ‘
System Manual’ operating mode.

2. In "Manual" mode, check the correct functioning of the digital inputs and outputs
according to the circuit diagram.

3. In "Manual" mode, activate the lubrication circuit to be bled until track lubricant
escapes from the corresponding nozzles.

Repeat the procedure with all lubrication circuit valves until the entire
distribution line system is filled with lubricant.
4. Check all system components and screw unions for leaks.
5. After putting the control unit into operation, test the installation. Adjust the control air
setting to create an optimal spray pattern.
The waiting time for actuating a lubrication circuit valve can be shortened
using the booster function on the control unit.
