CAUTION!
– Installation and start-up work must only be performed by authorised, trained
technical personnel. W
e strongly recommend that you engage the
Ecolab Engineering GmbH Service Department.
– Before any work takes place on electrical parts, the system must be
disconnected from the mains, steps must be taken to ensure that the power
is off and no live voltages remain present in the system, and the system
must be secured so that it cannot be switched back on again.
– Before initial start-up, check that all system components are firmly seated/
installed.
– After performing configuration work on the open unit, make sure it is
properly closed again.
– A complete acceptance log must be compiled during the initial start-up of
the system.
– Check that all connections are correctly fitted.
– Ensure that the supply voltage complies with the voltage displayed on the
rating plate.
CAUTION!
The system may be operated only by specialist personnel who are
qualified and trained in its operation.
After setup/equipping/troubleshooting:
– The control cabinet and metering station must be closed.
– The key must be stored away from the system.
– A logout must be performed on the control unit.
PIN codes with extended rights must not be known to the operator.
