10.3 Replace the suction / pressure valve and metering cartridge

1 O-ring, hose connection, pressure side
2 Pressure valve
3 O-ring: Pump head pressure valve
4 V3 metering cartridge
5 O-ring: Pump head suction valve
6 Suction valve
7 O-ring, hose connection, suction-side
1. Remove suction and pressure valve using an open spanner
.
2. Mount all O-rings.
3. Fit metering cartridges (for pump head with 5 l/h)
(valve model V3)
4. Screw in the new suction and pressure valves in the correct position.
tightening torques:
n 5 & 1
1 l/h approx 2 Nm
n 30 & 50 l/h approx 2.8 Nm
n 120 l/h approx 4 Nm
10.3.1 Installing the dosing valves in the correct position
WARNING!
When installing the valves, ensure that the flow direction is correct.
The direction of flow is marked by an arrow stamped on the suction/
pressure valves.
