11.2.4 Error code series 400
NOTICE!
With some error messages the pump should always be sent to the customer
service department as it is only possible to access the level of the control to
which these messages relate.

Fault description Cause Remedy
Error 400 Motor blocked. Send pump to Customer Service.
Error 401 Motor overloaded. Send pump to Customer Service.
Error 402 Fault in motor hardware. Send pump to Customer Service.
Error 403 Fault in motor control. Send pump to Customer Service.
Error 404 Motor defective Send pump to Customer Service.
Motor control not responsive. Send pump to Customer Service.
Very high back-pressure leads
to motor blockage.
Check metering line for flow
Check pressure peaks in the metering
lines.
Check back-pressure
