Error Meaning Drone behavior Pilot action
VESH Error The VESH system has
stopped functioning.
The drone won’t have
the protection of
VESH.
Fly home safely. Be
careful to avoid
obstacles.
Hovermap Not Ready The system has not
yet initialized.
The drone will arm in
drone control, as
Hovermap’s system
isn’t yet ready to take
over control.
Wait for the Ready
(SLAM) or Ready
(GPS) status to appear
(depending on
primary navigation
method).
Aircraft Disconnected This indicates that the
system is not receiving
Ardupilot information
through the USB
connection to
controller.
The drone will
operate, but you will
not have Ardupilot
data.
Ascertain why it is not
connected. Has the
USB cable fallen out or
been damaged? You
will still be able to
operate the system
with the remote
control, or with Wi-Fi
in Autonomous
Waypoint mode.
Cautions
Cautions are shown in blue. They indicate an error that requires monitoring but presents no hazard.
