Note!
• The display returns to the SETUP SENSOR (1001) cell if you press the ESC key
combination during parameter interrogation.
• See numbers in the illustration of the Quick Setup sensor menu:
➀ The choice of units only affects the UNIT LENGTH (0424) and UNIT VELOCITY
(0425) functions.
➁ If a channel is selected for which a Quick Setup has already been carried out
beforehand, the previous values are overwritten.
➂ All options are offered for selection in each cycle. Any settings which may
already have been made in a cycle are overwritten.
➃ Option “YES”: The value measured during the Quick Setup is applied to the
function in question. Option “NO”: The measurement is rejected and the original
value is retained.
➄ The SENSOR POSITION (6884) function does not appear unless CLAMP ON is
set in the MEASUREMENT function and the number of traverses in the SENSOR
CONFIGURATION (6882) function is 2 or 4.
➅ The WIRE LENGTH (6885) function does not appear unless CLAMP ON is set in
the MEASUREMENT function and the number of traverses in the SENSOR
CONFIGURATION (6882) function is 1 or 3.
➆ The ARC LENGTH (6887) function does not appear unless “INSERTION” is set in
the MEASUREMENT function and “DUAL PATH” was selected in the SENSOR
CONFIGURATION (6882) function.
