The Output Command allows the client to directly control individual outputs on the eCNA. A response
from the eCNA is optional.

OUTPUT Command Message Format
Parameter Description
CMD, Start of Message string (This parameter is always “CMD”).
OUT, Output Command string (This parameter is always “OUT”).
psn, Packet sequence number (0 to 65535). Can be used to match responses with commands, otherwise always 0.
code, Output code. (This parameter must contain one of the following output code strings).
