6. Close the MAINTENANCE COVER ASSY (left) firmly until it is locked.

7. Press the [Pause/Reset] button several times to return to the READY state.
6.4.3 Cleaning the Pressure Rollers and Platen
1. Make sure the printer is turned off and all the lights are off, and then unplug the
power cords from the electrical outlets.
2. Leave the printer for a minute.
3. Open the Front Cover.

4. Remove paper powder and dust attached to the Pressure Rollers using a soft brush.

P O I N T
To reuse the Cleaning Stick, rinse it in the liquid and dry it for
about one hour after cleaning before putting it away.
C A U T I O N
Dispose of the used Ink Cleaner in the same way as the waste ink.
