Step
Assembly Procedure
• Align the dowels on the Bottom frame with the dowel holes in the Main
frame assembly; then tighten the screws.
• Attach the Form stopper spring to hooks A and B.
<Checkpoints>
• Make sure to pass the lead wires inside hooks A and D, and over hook
C of the Bottom frame.
• Verify that the lead wires are routed along portion E.
• Make sure that the Form stopper assembly does not touch the shaft
of the Intermediate holding roller assembly and portion F of the
Main frame assembly. If it touches, loosen screw G and move portion
H.
<Adjustments>
• Adjust the space between the Linked lever and Platen holder as
described in
Adjustment B in Section 5.3.4.
• Adjust the Tension lever as described in
Adjustment C in Section
5.3.4.
