Step
• If the platen surface does not protrude, push the Linked
lever to extend the Platen.
• Nominal value (B): 0.65 ± 0.05 mm (.026 ± .002")

Verify that the platen surface protrudes
from the guide frame surface.
Move the Print head unit to the two adjust-
ment points, and perform Step 3 for each
point.
Insert a clearance gauge between the Print
head unit and the Platen, and adjust the
gap to get the nominal value (B) by turning
the Platen adjustment rollers.
