Assembly Procedure
Main Assembly 16 Print Head Mask Assembly B Attachment
• Push the Lever-Ribbon frame in ➡ 1 direction and open the Ribbon
frame assembly B (➡ 2 direction).
• Remove the screws from the Print head unit; then turn the Print head
unit in ➡ 3 direction.
• Slide the Print head mask assembly B under the Carriage assem-
bly; then secure the mask and the Earth plate-Print head with the
screw.
• Turn the Print head unit back and tighten the screw.
• Attach the Guide-Mask to the J guide assembly B and secure the
mask with the screw.
• Move the Print head unit to the center and close the Ribbon frame
assembly.
<Checkpoint>
• Confirm the Print head mask assembly B position at left, right, and
center. At the right and left, there must be space between the Print
head mask assembly B and the J guide assembly B. At the center,
the mask assembly must move inside the J guide assembly B.
