7.22. UPMIX MIXER TAB
As shown in Figure 7-26, there are eight individual UpMix Channel Mixers in the 7814 series modules.
These UpMix channel mixers perform audio inversion, audio gain adjustment and audio channel swapping
for each of the 8 UpMix channels. Using the X and Y inputs of each UpMix Channel Mixer an additional
level of mono mixing is also available for each channel of UpMix audio.
For the sake of brevity, only the UpMix Channel Mixers L, R, C and LFE control tab will be discussed in
this manual. Control radial button for Channels Ls, Rs Pass L, Pass R are identical in their operation. The
controls for Channel L will be described in detail, as the controls for Channel R, Channel C and LFE
operate in an identical fashion.
