4. STATUS LEDS
4.1. MODULE STATUS LEDS AES8 VERSION AND NON AES8 VERSIONS
Figure 4-1 depicts status LEDs for the 7814UDX-3G-2 and 7814UDX-AES-3G-2 series modules. LEDs
are in the same position and perform the same function for all variations of the 7814 including UDX, UC,
XC and HDC versions.

MODULE STATUS:
This Green LED will be On when the module is operating properly.
LOCAL FAULT:
This Red LED will be On when an essential module input is missing or the module
has another fault.
PGM1 1
PRESENT:
The PGM1 1 PRESENT LED will be green when a valid input signal is present on
the PGM1 1. It will be off when missing an input signal.
PGM1 2
PRESENT:
The PGM1 2 PRESENT LED will be green when a valid input signal is present on
the PGM1 2. It will be off when missing an input signal.
PGM2 1
PRESENT:
The PGM2 1 PRESENT LED will be green when a valid input signal is present on
the PGM2 1. It will be off when missing an input signal.
PGM2 2
PRESENT:
The PGM2 2 PRESENT LED will be green when a valid input signal is present on
the PGM2 2. It will be off when missing an input signal.
PATH1 AUDIO
PRESENT:
The PATH1 AUDIO PRESENT LED will be green when a valid audio signal is
detected in embedded Audio group 1 on the first processing path of the module. It
will be off if no audio is detected in Audio group one.
PATH1 AUDIO
PRESENT:
The PATH1 AUDIO PRESENT LED will be green when a valid audio signal is
detected in embedded Audio group 1 on the first processing path of the module. It
will be off if no audio is detected in Audio group one.
REF PRESENT:
The REF PRESENT LED will be green when a valid reference signal is present on
the REF IN DIN. It will be off when missing a reference signal.
FAN FAULT
This LED will be green when both on-board fans are operational. If one or both on-
board fans fail this LED will be off.
