7.20. DOWNMIX MIXER TAB
As shown in Figure 7-26, there are six individual Downmix Channel Mixers in the 7814 series modules.
These downmix channel mixers perform audio inversion, audio gain adjustment and audio channel
swapping for each of the 6 downmix channels. Using the X and Y inputs of each downmix Channel Mixer,
an additional level of mono mixing is also available for each channel of downmix audio.
For the sake of brevity, only the Downmix Channel Mixers L, R, C control tab will be discussed in this
manual. Control radial button for Channels LFE, Ls, Rs are identical in their operation. The controls for
Channel L will be described in detail, as the controls for Channel R and Channel C operate in an identical
fashion.
