2.5.2 Return Procedure
When parts are identified for warranty or other component replacement, a Return Material Authorization (RMA) must
be obtained from Flowserve. Contact factory for a RMA number (see contact information in section 2.5.1). All returned
parts must be accompanied by documentation with the following information to obtain credit for returned goods:
• Return Material Authorization (RMA)
• Unit type/size
• Flowserve Limitorque order number
• Serial number
