Try the following:
• Check that the LAN cable of the scan-
ner and SMTP server is connected prop-
erly.
• Contact a system administrator to check
that then scanner IP address and SMTP
server settings are correct.

scanned and send the fax in separate
parts.
• Select a higher compression level, and
try again.
