5.5.3.1 To Remove the Heater Closest to the Foot of the Bed
1. Remove the chassis cover. (Refer to section 5.5.1.)
2. Remove the screw (4 mm hex key) in the heatsink directly in front of the heater cartridge.
3. Disconnect the heater’s electrical connector.
4. Remove the retaining clip and slide the heater out of the heat sink.
NOTE: On early units, the incubator heater screwed into a threaded hole in the heat sink. For these units you
must order kit 6600-0228-850 to replace both the heaters and heat sink.
