7-5-8-2 Scanner Utilities
The functions accessed under Scanner Utilities are described below.
• System Shutdown - There are three options provided
(described on previous page - also see Figure 7-88)
• Reset Database - used to empty the database and reset a new one
(see Figure 7-89 below).

WARNING: THIS PROCESS IS IRREVERSIBLE! Before proceeding, make sure you have a
complete backup of the existing database.
When selecting Reset Database, the following warning message is displayed:
