10-3-1 How Often Should PM Procedures be Performed? (cont’d)
Examine the following on a monthly basis:
Connectors on cables - for any mechanical defects.
The entire length of electrical and power cables - for cuts or abrasions.
Equipment - for loose or missing hardware.
The keyboard - for defects.
Brakes - for defective operation.
DANGER: To avoid electrical shock hazard, do not remove the panels or covers from the
machine. This servicing must be performed by qualified service personnel only. Failure to
comply, could result in serious injury!
DANGER: If any defects are observed or any system malfunctions occur, DO NOT operate the
equipment. Inform a qualified service engineer immediately.
