Measurement menu.
2. Press Add Measurement in the Measurement menu
sheet.
The Add measure window is displayed.

3. MCO and AV ET are measurements that already exist on
the system, check Use copy of and select MCO from the
drop down menu.
4. Select OK to add the MCO measurement.
5. Repeat steps 2 to 4 to add the AV ET measurement.

1. Select the last measurement.
2. Double click and enter the formula name.
3. Select “=” to create the formula.
