7. Check that the reading of the external thermometer stabilizes.
Enter the reading of the external thermometer (C) and click
Set Low. NB Use a period for decimals, e.g. 20.3.

8. Check that the value (D) rises to the set value.
9. Move the temperature sensors and the external thermometer
to the oil bath. Check that the reading of the external
thermometer stabilizes. Enter the reading of the external
thermometer (E) and click Set High. NB Use a period for
decimals, e.g. 20.3.
