A17 Low flow, detergent 4. Flowmeter (-B20) registers low flow (2 ml/5 s) from the dosing
pump (-M06).
Possible action:
a. Check the functioning of the dosing pump.
b. Check that there is detergent in the container.
c. Check that there is no air in the dosing system.
d. Check that the hoses are not blocked.
A18 Process interrupted. Process interrupted by user.
A21 Low pump pressure. The pressure sensor for the circulation pump (-B02) has not
been activated within 20 seconds after filling was ended.
Possible action:
a. Check that the shut-off valves for the water are open
and that water is reaching the machine.
b. Check the function of the sensor.
A23 Low temperature in dryer. The temperature switch (-B04) has not been activated after 1
minute of drying.
Possible action:
a. Check there is is power to the unit.
b. Replace the temperature switch.
A25 Incorrect temperature
indicator.
The temperature (-B05) is <0°C or >130°C.
Possible action:
a. Check the temperature sensor (for open-circuit or
short-circuit)
A26 Faulty independent
temperature sensor.
The temperature (-B06) is <0°C or >130°C.
Possible action:
a. Check the temperature sensor (for open-circuit or
short-circuit)
A28 Temperature in the
chamber too low.
The temperature has not increased by 10°C within 5 minutes
(3-phase machine) or 2°C within 10 minutes (single phase
machine).
Possible action:
a. Check that there is power on all phases up to the
elements.
b. Check that the unit is not damaged.
A29 Diff. Temp. in chamber. Washing temperature (-B05 and -B06), temperature sensors
in the chamber differ by more than ±3°C for 5 seconds.
Possible action:
a. Check the calibration of the temperature sensors
b. Check the temperature sensors.
