POWERING ON FROM THE MAINS
Power the CPS by closing the SWIN input switch and leaving the SWMB maintenance switch open.
After a few moments, the CPS is turned on, the capacitors are precharged and the "Lock / stand-by" LED blinks: The
CPS is in stand-by mode.
Press the
button to access the power-on menu. When
prompted to confirm, select “YES” and press the
button again.
All the LEDs around the display light up for about 1 sec. and a beep is emitted. The message “START UP” appears
on the display to inform the user of the beginning of the start up sequence which ends with transition of the CPS to
load powered by the inverter.
POWERING OFF THE CPS
From the main menu, select “OFF” and press
to enter the
submenu. Then select the option “YES CONFIRM” and press
.
With the CPS in stand-by, in order to shut down the CPS completely, open the input disconnector SWIN and bypass
disconnector SWBYP.
Note: during prolonged periods of inactivity it is advisable to shut down the CPS by opening all disconnectors.
Lastly, with the CPS off, open the battery fuse holders.
