What to do if Gtec Power Supply displays codes F34, F35, F36, L34, L35, or L36?
    • J
      Julia BarrDec 1, 2025
If the display of your Gtec Power Supply shows one or more of the following codes: F34, F35, F36, L34, L35, L36, it could be due to several reasons: the ambient temperature being over 40°C, heat sources being too close to the CPS, or ventilation slits being obstructed or too close to walls. To address this, activate the maintenance bypass (SWMB) without powering off the CPS to allow the fans to cool the heat sink more quickly. Eliminate the cause of the overtemperature and wait for the heat sink temperature to drop before excluding the maintenance bypass. Another potential cause is a fault in the temperature probe or CPS cooling system. In this case, insert the maintenance bypass (SWMB) without turning off the CPS to cool the heat sink, then turn the CPS off and on again. Exclude the maint...

What to do if no power reaches the load from Gtec Power Supply?
    • S
      Shawn OsborneAug 25, 2025
If no power reaches the load from your Gtec Power Supply, first ensure the load is correctly connected to the output terminals. Check that the SWOUT switch behind the door is closed. If the CPS is in standby mode, initiate the start-up sequence. Verify that the 'STAND-BY OFF' mode hasn't been selected, as this mode powers loads only during blackouts. In case of a CPS malfunction and the automatic bypass is out of use, insert the maintenance bypass (SWMB) and contact the nearest service center.

Why does Gtec Power Supply operate off batteries even though mains power is present?
    • K
      Kimberly JonesAug 26, 2025
If the Gtec Power Supply operates off batteries even when mains power is present, it could be due to the intervention of the upstream protection device; in this case, restore the protection, ensuring there is no overload or short circuit at the CPS output. Alternatively, the input voltage may be outside the accepted operating values for mains power. If this is the case, wait until the input voltage returns to within the tolerance values, at which point the CPS will automatically switch back to mains power.

What does code S07 mean on Gtec Power Supply?
    • E
      Emily StarkAug 27, 2025
If the display of your Gtec Power Supply shows the code S07, it indicates that the batteries are discharged. The CPS is waiting for the battery voltage to rise above the established threshold. You can either wait for the batteries to recharge or manually force a start-up from the “START UP” menu.

What to do if Gtec Power Supply displays codes A22, F23, or L23?
    • M
      mbondAug 27, 2025
If the display of your Gtec Power Supply shows one or more of the following codes: A22, F23, L23, it indicates that the load connected to the CPS is too high. Reduce the load until it falls within the 100% threshold, or the specified load threshold if code A22 is displayed.

What does code L26 mean on Gtec Power Supply?
    • A
      Ashley CollinsSep 16, 2025
If the display on your Gtec Power Supply shows one or more of the following codes: L26, it indicates an output short circuit. Switch the CPS off. Disconnect all the loads relating to the phases affected by the short circuit. Restart the CPS. Re-connect the loads one at a time in order to identify the fault.

      Erin TrujilloSep 13, 2025
If the display of your Gtec Power Supply shows one or more of the following codes: F19, F20, it indicates a malfunction of the battery charger. Open the battery fuse holders (SWBATT), insert the maintenance bypass (SWMB), and shut down the CPS completely. Switch it on again.

      Jose LopezSep 14, 2025
If the display of your Gtec Power Supply shows one or more of the following codes: L01, L10, L38, L39, L40, L41, it indicates a malfunction of the temperature sensor, the CPS cooling system, the main auxiliary power supply, or the static bypass switch. Activate the maintenance bypass (SWMB), switch the CPS off and then on again, and exclude the maintenance bypass.

    • E
      Eric JohnsonSep 6, 2025
If the display of your Gtec Power Supply shows one or more of the following codes: A26, A27, it indicates that the battery fuses are interrupted or the fuse holder switches are open. Replace the fuses or close the SWBATT switches. When replacing fuses, use others of the same type.

    What does it mean if my Gtec Power Supply displays codes F11, F14, F17, L06, L07, L08, L09, L14, L17, or L20?
    • J
      James StantonSep 3, 2025
If the display of your Gtec Power Supply shows one or more of the following codes: F11, F14, F17, L06, L07, L08, L09, L14, L17, L20, it could be due to the insertion of faulty loads. Disconnect the load. Insert the maintenance bypass (SWMB), switch the CPS off and then on again. Exclude the maintenance bypass. If the problem still persists, contact the nearest service centre.
