SCPI Emulation
The SCPI Emulation setting supports both GW Instek as well as
EXTECH SCPI remote commands. When set to EXTECH, the SCPI
Emulation setting allows the APS-7000 to be a drop-in replacement
for the EXTECH 6700 series by emulating the remote commands of
the EXTECH units.
Steps
1. Press the Menu key. The Menu
setting will appear on the display.

2. Use the scroll wheel to go to item 4, MISC
Configuration and press Enter.
3. Go to the SCPI Emulation setting using the
scroll wheel and press Enter. Choose the SCPI
emulation mode and press Enter again to
confirm.

4. Press Exit[F4] to exit from the
MISC Configuration settings.
