9.4 Configuration Check
This dialog enables you to compare the configuration for the device with the
configurations of its neighbor devices.
The device includes all neighbor devices it can determine with Topology
Discovery (LLDP) in the evaluation. If the configuration for the device is not
compatible with the configuration for the neighbor device or somehow
different, you can display detailed information on this possible configuration
problem/configuration error in the dialog.
Note: If the neighbor device does not support LLDP (e.g. in the case of a hub
or unmanaged switch), the dialog will show you the nearest device
connected to it which is transmitting LLDP packets. If multiple devices are
connected to this neighbor device without LLDP support which are
transmitting LLDP packages, the device will show you each of these as a
neighbor device.
