  This message appears when another system console is already connected to your Hitachi Server. You can display the IP address of the already connected system console by using the "show blade bmc session" command in the CLI of the management module. To forcibly disconnect the session, use the "disconnect blade bmc session" command.

  To synchronize the CapsLock, NumLock, and ScrollLock keys between the server blade and system console on your Hitachi Server, inactivate the remote console window. Then, press the CapsLock, NumLock, and ScrollLock keys to change their states on the system console. This will align their states with those on the server blade.

  This message appears when the 'Keep temporary Internet files on your local computer' option is not selected in Java settings. To resolve this, go to Control Panel > Java > General tab > Temporary Internet File > Settings and click the check box.

  First, verify your Java VM version. If it's not supported, install a supported version. Ensure HTTP communication via TCP port 80 and HTTPS communication via TCP port 443 is available. Also, check communication via TCP port 5001. Verify that communication using these ports is available between the system console and the server blade BMC. If using Oracle Java Version 7 Update 21 or later, refer to the section on Java Runtime Environment (JRE) version 7 update25 or later.
