2-3-16 SMX_EthernetRemoteAccessAvailableToIPEndpoint
SMX_RemoteAccessAvailableToIPEndpoint implements the class
HP_RemoteAccessAvailableToIPEndpoint and associates the Default Gateway represented by
SMX_RemoteAccessPoint instance to the IP Protocol Endpoint which has access to it.
NOTE: Currently not implemented on VMware ESXi platform.
