To diagnose problems with L&TT:
1. Run L&TT on the host server. You can install L&TT on the host server, or run it from a CD-ROM or
USB flash drive on the host server.
2. Pull a support ticket for the device.
3. Look at the device analysis results for additional information about the device's operation.
