4. Disconnect all peripheral cables from the server.
5. Remove the server from the rack .
6. Place the server on a flat, level work surface.
7. Remove the access panel .
8. Remove the M.2 air baffle .
9. Remove the SSD jack screw from the M.2 location where you intend to install the new SSD.
10. Install the M.2 SSD:
a. Insert the SSD into the M.2 slot (callout 1).
b. Position the jack screw on the SSD notch (callout 2).
c. Carefully press the SSD down to the horizontal position (callout 3).
d. Tighten the SSD jack screw (callout 4).
