If
the
Sort/Merge
program

executed

Whenever
execution
is

be
controlled
by
the
tape-resident
system,
job
control
statements
must
be
issued.
The
following
job
control

are

conjunction
with
the
TPS
sort/Merge

The
tape
error
statistics
option
can
be
requested
by
including
a

statement
during
the
preceding
Job
Con-
trol
run
(280
bytes
of
main
storage
will
be
used).
