8.5 Stop a Sequence
Multiple runs may be programmed into a sequence. Once a sequence is started, the
green
RUN
button on the Micro GC Fusion front panel display changes to a red
STOP
button, which can be used to stop a running sequence.

While a sequence is running, tap the
STOP
button to abort the sequence.

Micro GC Fusion finishes the current run and returns to the initial state of the
currently loaded method. This may take a few minutes depending on the
progress and duration of the interrupted method. A notification is displayed
advising the sequence will stop when the current run completes.
