13.1.1 Universal Checkout Gas
Universal checkout gas contains fixed gases and C1-C6 components in a nitrogen
balance. See the table below for the component concentrations.
Universal checkout gas is not intended to be a substitute for a calibration
standard for any specific applications. INFICON recommends acquiring a
calibration standard gas that meets composition requirements appropriate for
the specific application.
