13.2 Replacement Parts
Replacement parts are available to ensure Micro GC Fusion runs at optimal
performance with minimal down time. There are three categories of replacement parts
on Micro GC Fusion that can be used for maintenance or application optimization
purposes.
• GC Module Replacement
• Accessory parts
• Spare and consumable parts
13.2.1 GC Module Replacement
A GC module is a self-contained gas chromatograph that can perform sample
injection, separation, and detection. GC modules can be changed in the instrument for
either maintenance or application adaption purposes. Refer to GC Module
Replacement [}257] for instructions on how to remove and replace a GC module.
The following table provides a list of INFICON part numbers (PN) and descriptions for
GC module replacements.
Injector Codes:
• BF - Backflush
• VV - Variable Volume
• VLV - Variable large volime
• FV - Fixed Volume
