Adjust column head pressure so that all peaks elute within method defined peak
windows.

Save the method.
11.2.2.2 Correcting Instrument Parameter Settings - Recalibrating
Changes to Column Pressure, Column Temperature, Inject (ms) time, and Backflush
Time (if applicable) may cause peak retention times to shift and peak areas to change.
The retention times and associated peak windows will require adjustment. Therefore,
the method should be recalibrated. Recalibrate Micro GC Fusion as instructed in
Calibration [
}200].
