9.10.11 Reprocess Runs
Often it is desirable to edit integration parameters and adjust retention time windows
after a run is completed, without adjusting the calibration information.
After a run is performed:

In the data browser, click on the run.

Click the icon to open the calibration window. By default,
Module A
will
display.

Click the icon to select another module, if desired.

Integration parameters can be edited in the
Integration
tab. The retention time
windows can be edited in the
Compounds
tab.
