Riskofinjuryifthemobilitydeviceisdriven
whenabilitytooperateavehicleisimpairedby
medicationoralcohol
–Neverdrivethemobilitydeviceundertheinfluence
ofmedicationoralcohol.Ifnecessary,themobility
devicemustbeoperatedbyanattendantwhois
physicallyandmentallyable.

Riskofdamageorinjuryifmobilitydeviceis
accidentallysetintomotion
–Switchthemobilitydeviceoffbeforeyougetin,get
outorhandleunwieldyobjects.
–Whenthedriveisdisengaged,thebrakeinsidethe
driveisdeactivated.Forthisreason,pushingthe
mobilitydevicebyanattendantisonlyrecommended
onflatsurfaces,neverongradients.Neverleave
yourmobilitydeviceonagradientwithitsmotors
disengaged.Alwaysre-engagethemotorsimmediately
afterpushingthemobilitydevice(refertoPushingthe
mobilitydeviceinfreewheelmode).
Riskofinjuryifthemobilitydeviceisswitchedoff
whiledriving,forexamplebypressingtheOn/Off
Buttonordisconnectingacable,duetoitcoming
toanabrupt,sharpstop
–Ifyouhavetobrakeinanemergency,simplyrelease
thejoystickwhichwillbringyoutoahalt(refertothe
remoteusermanualformoreinformation).
