2.Unscrewvalvecap.
3.Depressurizetirebypressinginthepininthevalve(1).
4.Unscrew5screws(2).
5.Removethewheelrimhalves.
6.Removetheinnertubefromthetire.
Iftheoldinnertubeistoberepairedandre-used,
andhasbecomewetduringrepair,youcanmake
replacementeasierbysprinklingtheinnertubewitha
littletalcumpowder.
7.Repairinnertubeandreplace,orinsertnew.
8.Replacetheinnertubeinthetire.
9.Insertthewheelrimhalvesonceagain.
10.Insertthescrewsandtightenslightly.
11.Pumpalittleairintotheinnertube.
12.Tightenthescrewsto25Nm.
13.Ensurethatthetireouterisseatedcorrectly.
14.Pumpthewheeluptoitsprescribedairpressure.Referto12

1.Jackthevehicleupandplaceablockofwoodunderneathitto
propitup.
2.Removetheplasticcap(1).
3.Loosenandremovethenut(2)usingtheopen-endspanner.
4.Removethewasher(3).
5.Takethewheeloffoftheforkassembly.
Re-assemblyisdoneinreverseorder.Makesurethatthe
wheelisputbackonthesamesideitwason,andthatitruns
inthesamedirectionitdidbeforeitwasremoved.
