assembly,itcanbecomeloosenedduringdriving.
–Whenreassemblingthedrivewheels,tightentheAllen
screwsatatorqueof30Nm.
–Secureallscrewsusingasuitableblocker(e.g.Loctite
243).
1.Removethevalvecap.
2.Lettheairoutofthetirecompletelybypressingthepininthe
centreofthevalvein.
3.Removethe5Allenscrews(1)
4.Takethetireandtheinnertubeoffoftherimhalves.
5.Repairtheinnertubeandre-fit,orreplaceitwithanewone.
Incasetheoldinnertubeistoberepairedandusedagain,
andithappenstogetwetduringrepair,thenitiseasierto
re-fititifyoupowderitlightlywithtalcumpowder.
6.Placetherimhalvesinthetirefromtheoutside.
7.Pumpupthetirealittle.
8.Re-positiontheAllenscrewsintherimandtightenthemfirmly.
Makesuretheinnertubedoesnotgetpinchedbetweenthe
rimshalves!
9.Checktomakesurethatthetireissquarelyinplaceontherim.
10.Pumpupthetiretotherecommendedtirepressure.
11.Checktomakesurethatthetireisstillsquarelyandsnuglyin
placeontherim.
12.Screwthevalvecapbackon.
13.Refitthewheel.
