Identifier: 'MyMeasurement'
Return Range 1E-3 to 1
Description This command allows the user to specify the sample threshold resolution
in terms of Volts. The query returns current value of sample threshold
resolution in terms of Volts.
This SCPI is applicable for M8041A, M8051A and M8062A.
