4.3.2.1.4 Phase Offset
This command allows setting an offset to the current phase. The purple channel in the
following picture shows a phase offset of zero. The green channel shows a phase offset
of 0.25. The phase offset is a constant value added to the actual phase. It does not
affect the NCO counter itself. Therefore, the phase offset value could be set back to
zero again.
