Exhaust Vent Filter
The exhaust vent (P/N: PF121539) includes a filter located behind the push tube fitting
at the beginning of the vent line (shown below). The filter may require replacement if it
becomes damaged or clogged.
Purge Valve Restrictor / Filter
The VERSA TD dry pump configurations include a 50 sccm flow reducer per diagram
below. Use a 2.5 mm hex wrench to remove.
