8.13.5.1. Pirani Gauge Replacement
1. Disconnect cable connector.
2. Remove socket head cap screw with M3 hex wrench.
3. Insert Screw into Pirani assembly (to add grip) and use it pull assembly out with
pliers.
4. Install new Pirani assembly by repeating above steps.

Valve Cleaning
Vales should be inspected and cleaned every 100,000 cycles or every two years
(whichever comes first). Valve plunger seals and the internal valve body should be
lightly cleaned with methanol or water if dirty or contaminated. Follow the valve
replacement instructions below to inspect valves.
Valve Replacement
Valves should be replaced every 200,000 cycles or every four years (whichever
comes first).
