Operation
When you turn on the heat control box to heat the
screed, this turns on the generator. (Page 4-21) The
IDLE throttle speed button ceases function, changing to
a GENERATOR ON notication that illuminates as long
as the generator is running. (Figure 4-6)
When the generator turns off, the IDLE throttle speed
keypad functionality returns. (Figure 4-5)
NOTE: The generator is set at the factory to default at
1800 RPMs.

Main Menu ScreenMain Menu Screen
Pressing the Main Menu ( ) soft key navigates to the
Main Menu action items. (Figure 4-7) Scroll through
the list using the UP/DOWN arrow keys, then press the
( ) key when the cursor (>) points to screen you wish
to view to select that screen mode. The Main Menu
choices are listed below and described on the following
pages:
• Gauge (default screen)
• Diagnostics
• System Info
• Lamp Info
• User Settings

If an active fault code is present, it will
inhibit the system from performing a regeneration.
This must be addressed immediately to prevent DPF
soot level from reaching a level of 4 or 5, which will
cause damage to the engine.
