Conveyor Switch AdjustmentConveyor Switch Adjustment
Small adjustments may be necessary to conveyor
switch for optimum conveyor performance. (Figure
5-12) There are two positions of the conveyor ap:
One upper, shutting the conveyor OFF; and one lower,
turning the conveyor ON.
• When correctly adjusted, the conveyor shuts off when
the paddle is approximately eight (8) inches from the
top of the conveyor switch to the bottom of conveyor
paddle; and turns on when the paddle drops to
approximately 12 inches.
