ITEM NO. CONTROL NAME FUNCTION
1 Sonic Auger Sensor Mount
Mount on both end gates for the sonic auger sensor to automatically
gauge the amount of material in the extensions and adjust auger speed
accordingly.
2 End Gate Depth Screw Controls the depth of the end gate.
3 AOA (Angle-of-Attack)
AOA adjuster increases or decreases pressure on the back of the
screed extension to achieve a smooth or coarse mat nish.
4 Remote Screed Controls
Control box mounted on each side of the screed features auger auto/
manual, auger speed dial, tow, berm, horn and E-stop button controls for
screed operator convenience.
5 Flight Screw Controls the depth of the asphalt.
6 Electric Heat Box Control box for electric heat controls.
7 Tilt Screw Adjusts the tilt of the end gate.
8 Crown and Valley Adjusts for positive crown or negative valley in wear plate.
