1. The FIRST 50 HOURS, change engine oil and lters,
then every 500 hours thereafter. (Page 5-17)
2. Check all battery connections and remove any cor-

4. Check torque hub oil level. Rell if needed. (Page

5. Lubricate grease ttings on the ight screw on both
sides of the screed, the tting on the depth screw,
and the ttings on the ange bearings located on top
of the extension screed. Grease nuts on extension

service if needed, the engine injector tip, PCV (Posi-
tive Crankcase Ventilation) valve, and EGR cooler.
2. Replace oil separator element. (Refer to your
Engine Operator’s Manual.)

other engine preventive maintenance described in
the Engine Operator’s Manual.

and service if needed, the EGR system and
