Procedure
Attention: If there is any old thermal grease on the four GPUs and the cold plates, gently clean the top of the
four GPUs and the cold plates with an alcohol cleaning pad.
Step 1. Remove protective covers from the GPU if they are installed.

Step 2. Gently place the GPU down on the SXM GPU board; then fasten the four Philips #2 screw to secure
the GPU to the SXM GPU board.
