2.5.3 EC Manufacturer’s Declaration
for the purpose of the EC Directive relating to
Machinery (89/392/EEC)

The controllers of the 820~ and 821~ types were developed,
designed, and manufactured under the sole responsibility of
Lenze GmbH & Co KG, Postfach 10 13 52, D-31763 Hameln
The controllers are directed to be installed in a machine or to be
assembled together with other components to form a machine or a
System. The controllers on their own are not machinery for the
purpose of the EC directive relating to machinery.
Until the conformity of the machinery where the controllers are to
be installed with the regulations of the EC directive relating to
machinery is proved, commissioning of the controllers is prohibited.
